Domestic Orders (United States)

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• West Coast: 2–4 business days
• East Coast: 4–7 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is $9. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing & Delays

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Editing Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@thepotionstudio.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Potion Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need support, feel free to reach out to us.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

International orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
