Shipping policy
We offer domestic shipping to all areas of the United States.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. After being processed, your Potion Package will arrive via USPS within 1-3 business days for west coast addresses and 5-7 business days for east coast addresses.
Please note that some circumstances outside of our control (i.e. unforeseen inclement weather, COVID-related adjustments) may delay your order. But we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Standard shipping is $9 for all orders, and free for orders over $50.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@thepotionstudio.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that addresses can be updated if your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Order shipment
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Processing can take around 3 business days.
International orders
We ship worldwide. All orders will be processed within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. After being processed, your Potion Package will arrive via UPS within 4-7 business days.
