I have 4C, DRY, medium-high density, but very fine hair strands. My hair is incredibly prone to breakage. I was initially skeptical to try this brand/product because products marketed for different hair textures usually don't work for me........HOWEVER this product SURPRISED ME! It is light so it doesn't give me any flakes/product build up, but incredibly hydrating. I use it in my hair every day (even when I have a protective style like braids). It also makes my hair easier to detangle. I get a lot of shrinkage with this product but this isn't a bad thing; my hair just SOAKS it up and loves the hydration. I definitely recommend this product as this became one of my holy grail products (I have repurchased this at least twice by now - and will purchase more). It is also buildable (I use the LCO method) and pairs really well with the Monoi Mango Moisturizer (which I also love). I'm so glad to have found something that finally works for my super dry type 4 hair!!!
